Ingredients
Rice – 200 Grams
Pork – 400 Grams
Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
Onion – 1 Piece
Carrot – 1 Piece
Corn – 100 Grams
Green peas – 100 Grams

Rice with pork is ready, you can serve it to the table.
Boil rice, you can do it in advance. Throw it in a colander, let the water drain.
Cut the meat into medium pieces, you can dice. Chop onion into cubes, garlic – optionally.
Chop the carrots finely.
Fry the meat in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, until golden brown.
Transfer the browned meat to a plate.
In the oil left over from the meat, fry the onion and garlic.
Add all vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Now add the meat to the vegetables when they are tender.
And take – rice.
Mix everything well, then cook for another 5 minutes, maximum 10.
