A very simple and delicious recipe – rice with sausage

Directions

Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate carrots.
Add to a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Fry over low heat. Then remove the fried carrots and onions to a plate.
Cut the smoked sausage into cubes and fry until golden brown. We put it on a plate.
Wash the rice well, put the rice in a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry for 1 minute, add water and salt to taste. Cook rice until tender.
Add all the cooked ingredients to the pan with rice: carrots, onions, sausage, bay leaf, you can sprinkle with fresh dill. We mix. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
