Rice With Vegetables

- Put a cauldron or stewpan to warm up with oil.
Put chopped onions there.
- Meanwhile, cut the carrots into “half rings” and cut the pepper into small strips.
- When the onions are fried until golden brown, reduce heat, add vegetables.
- Then add rice and pour water over everything.
- Add salt, spices, herbs and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
