Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 15 g yeast, fresh
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 150 g ricotta
- 1 egg (s)
For painting:
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 Table spoons milk
- Sesame, poppy seeds or sunflower seeds to sprinkle

- Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Put salt, sugar, oil, yeast, water, ricotta and egg in the well and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Remove small pieces of the dough, shape into a roll and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. When the whole dough is processed, whisk 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of milk and coat the rolls with it. Now sprinkle the rolls with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc. as desired. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 220 ° C for about 20 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
