Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (riatoni)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, finely dice the onion and sauté with a little oil. Add the ham cut into small cubes and fry lightly. Add the peas and heat. Stir in the tomato paste and immediately afterwards add the cup of cream. Stir everything. Finally stir in the cheese until it has melted, season to taste and mix with the cooked pasta.
