  • Salt water
  • 600 g meat (yros)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • some Milk
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sauce thickener, lighter
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, chop it up and fry it in a pan with the gyros. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  2. When the meat is crispy, transfer the gyros from the pan to another container. Pour the cream into the pan, with some milk and some sauce thickener. Season with pepper and paprika to taste.
  3. Mix the pasta, gyros, cream sauce and grated cheese and place in a greased baking dish. A layer of sliced cheese on top. Put in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
