Ingredients

  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 250 g Goronzola
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 500 g riatoni

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted water according to the instructions.
  2. Cut the onions into fine cubes. Melt the butter in a pan and steam the onion cubes until translucent. Dust with flour. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  3. Stir the coarsely crumbled cheese into the sauce and let it melt. Add the cream and season with the spices.
  4. Serve the rigatoni with the sauce.
