Ingredients

  • 500 g riatoni
  • 1 can tomato (s), happened
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the finely diced onion in a pan until translucent, then add the bacon. Fry the whole thing over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Then add the tomatoes and season the sauce with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. After the sauce has boiled, add the cream until it turns a light red color. Do not add the drained peas to the sauce until just before serving, otherwise they will overcook.
  3. Then fold the boiled rigatoni into the sauce and stir well.
  4. You can also serve Parmesan cheese with it.
