Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chives
  • 5 medium tomato (s)
  • 200 g pasta, (risoni or starch noodles)
  • 100 g olives, (Kalamata or other black olives), drained
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, white
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the chives, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix in a bowl with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Cut olives into small pieces or slices and add. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, rinse it briefly with cold water and add it to the bowl. Mix well. If necessary, add a little more salt and / or pepper to taste.
  2. Tastes lukewarm delicious or well drawn out of the refrigerator as a side dish or just like that. The children prefer the salad with starch noodles.
