Instructions

  1. Fill the salt into a suitable mold (approx. 2 cm high is enough). Lightly salt the roast pork all around and simply place in the pan. Then fry in the preheated oven with it and at 180-200 ° C for 1 hour per kilogram. No turning around, no pouring over, nothing.
  2. If you like, rub the roast with herbs, e.g. thyme and rosemary or garlic.
