Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, fill a casserole with 1/2 liter of water.
  3. Put the washed meat inside. Now add the spices and vegetables, distributed on the side. Fry at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After this time, turn the roast over and pour in the honey with the white wine and cook for another 35 minutes.
  4. If you spread the honey on the meat, it gives a brown crust.
  5. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, turn off the oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Thicken the sauce with flour. Then cut the meat into slices and serve.
