Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast pork
  • Fat for frying
  • 1 small Bottle / s beer
  • 2 slices bread (mixed bread)
  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mugwort
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Rub the meat with salt and pepper and brown in hot fat.
  2. Then add the bread slices or edges and the chopped onion to the roast and lightly brown. Then add some caraway seeds and mugwort.
  3. The whole thing is now poured over with beer and lightly braised covered.
  4. After about 30 minutes, pour the sauce over the roast and add a little more water if necessary.
  5. Cook the meat covered.
  6. The bread eliminates the need to thicken the sauce.
  7. The amount of beer, caraway and mugwort can vary depending on your taste.
