  • 400 g cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and stir into a packet of cream (200 g) with the honey and sugar. Season well with salt, pepper and chilli. Before roasting, the sauce is very sweet, which gives off after roasting.
  2. Sear the roast on all sides, pour the sauce over it and put it in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 75 minutes without the lid. In between, if necessary, fill up the sauce with a cup of water and baste the roast. Before the end, add the second 200 g of cream.
  3. Tip: If there is enough time before preparation, marinating the roast with the sauce is definitely not a disadvantage.
