Ingredients

  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 small roast turkey, (rolled turkey roast), approx. 750 g
  • Paprika powder, mild
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (corn oil)
  • salt
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 125 g cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, remove the stems, partitions and seeds, halve and roughly dice. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Peel, halve and dice the onions. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, cutting out the stems.
  2. Rub the turkey roll with paprika powder and soy sauce. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the vegetables in it, place the meat on them, salt everything and cook covered over a medium heat for about 50 minutes.
  3. Wash the potatoes and cook them with the skin in a little salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes before eating.
  4. Lift the meat out of the sauce. Puree the vegetables, add the cream and season the vegetable sauce with salt. Slice the roast and serve with the sauce and potatoes.
