Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small florets and place in a large bowl. Then add the juice of one lemon, the olive oil, salt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Then spread everything evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
