Ingredients

For covering:

  • 2 cups sour cream or crème fraîche

  • 100 g fried onions
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough, depending on the type of sour cream, add a little more flour if necessary. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with a baking frame. Spread the ham cubes on top. Mix the sour cream and eggs, season and pour over the ham cubes. Sprinkle fried onions and cheese on top.
