Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, yellow, quartered
  • 4 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil, cut into fine strips
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the yellow peppers in a baking dish. Tomatoes, garlic and basil are added to each quarter of paprika. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper and drizzle generously with olive oil.
  2. Cook in the oven at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes. Can be served warm or cold (but never out of the fridge).
