Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g diced ham
- 100 g fried onions
- 100 g cheese, rated

- Make a quark-oil batter from quark, sugar, salt, milk, oil, flour and baking powder. Knead in the ham cubes, fried onions and cheese.
- Shape the dough into a roll and form very small rolls out of it. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- The rolls are perfect as a side dish to a soup or as a small snack.
