Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 packet boiled ham
  • 1 package Gouda
  • 2 packets bacon in strips
  • 1 can / s tomatoes, passed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 corner (s) processed cheese with herbs
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ Herbs Provence
  • 1 medium clove garlic (s)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • some mushrooms, fresh

Instructions

  1. Either use seasoned mince from the butcher or season the minced meat as you like.
  2. Place half a slice of cheese on the cooked ham, roll the mince into a long shape and wrap everything into a roll. Wrap each ham roll with two strips of bacon.
  3. Place the 6 robber rolls in a baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, mix the cream, milk, tomato puree and the remaining ingredients, briefly bring to the boil. Press the garlic cloves and stir in. Finally, cut the mushrooms into slices or pieces and pour over them.
  5. Bake at 170 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes depending on the oven.
  6. If you like, you can also add feta to the minced meat.
