Rocket and Parsley Spread

• 75 g rocket
• 25 g parsley, fresh
• 1 garlic
• 250 g cream cheese
• 30 ml olive oil

Instructions

1. Sort out the rocket and parsley, remove the thick stems. Finely puree the garlic, parsley and rocket with the oil in the universal food processor. Mix the cream cheese with the herb mixture, season with salt and pepper. Pour into a sealable glass and put in a cold place.
