Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 4 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 medium lemon (s), (the juice)
- some salt and pepper, whiter

- Stir the softened butter until foamy, add the parsley, lemon juice and spices, mix everything well and spread into a small pot.
- Chill a little, put on the table before eating, serve with wholemeal bread.
