Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 g bacon or ham, diced into small pieces
  • possibly butter
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Clean the corn on the cob if necessary. Bring the milk and sugar to the boil in two liters of water. Put in the corn on the cob. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the bacon or ham in a pan until crispy. When the corn on the cob is done, remove it and drain it carefully. Now add the corn on the cob to the bacon in the pan. Add a little more butter as needed. Fry the flasks until golden brown, turning them several times. At the end of the frying time, add the finely chopped parsley to the pan and let it become crispy.
  3. Now take the corn on the cob out of the pan and arrange on a plate. Simply spread the bacon and parsley mixture over the corn on the cob.
  4. Fresh baguette goes well with it.
