- 2 handfuls rocket
- 2 handfuls strawberries
- 1 scoop buffalo mozzarella
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Wash and clean the strawberries and rocket. Cut the strawberries and mozzarella into small pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients well (preferably with a mixer) and stir everything through.
- Whole grain bread goes well with it.
