Ingredients

  • 1 bunch rocket (rocket)
  • 4 large tomato (s), roughly cubed
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, parmeggiano, sliced
  • Balsamic Cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket, sort and roughly cut into strips.
  2. Dice the tomatoes. Mix both in a bowl, then arrange on plates.
  3. Make a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Spread this over the salad. Shave any Parmigiano on top and pour some balsamic cream on top. If you like, you can grind some coarse pepper over the whole thing.
  4. With baguette or ciabatta.
