Ingredients

  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 7 cocktail tomatoes
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan

Instructions

  1. Do not wash the mushrooms, halve or quarter depending on the size, heat olive oil in a pan, add the bacon and fry until it is crispy. Add the mushrooms and fry them, then pour a little olive oil over them. In a small bowl, make a vinaigrette from the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey and mustard. Wash the rocket and cut into bite-sized pieces, halve the tomatoes, mix everything together and pour the balsamic vinaigrette on top. Arrange the salad and spread the mushrooms with the bacon on top. Finally sprinkle some fresh parmesan on top. A perfect starter.
