Rocket Dip, Especially Creamy

• 50 g rocket, washed and rouhly chopped
• 200 g cream cheese with herbs
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 100 g sour cream
• Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 dash Tabasco

Instructions

1. Puree the rocket with cream cheese and olive oil with a blender and then just stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Tabasco. If you don`t like the slight spiciness, simply leave out the Tabasco.
