Rocket – Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 packet pizza dough, done.
• 1 can tomato (pizza), spicy or hot
• 2 sachets mozzarella
• 1 sachet arugula
• 1 packet ham (Serrano-)

For the dressing:

• 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the Bach oven to 200 degrees.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread on the pizza.
3. Place in the oven on the middle rack. After about 12-15 minutes, spread the Serrano ham on the pizza and place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
4. Mix the washed rocket with a little olive or garlic oil with a bag of salad dressing.
5. Take the pizza out of the oven and cut into pieces of any size.
6. Finally, place the rocket on top of the pizza slices.
