Rocket Salad Fruity and Fresh

Ingredients

• 1 bunch rocket
• 150 g mushrooms, small (white or brown)
• 3 tangerine (s), or 1cl. Can
• 1 avocado (s)
• 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• some black pepper from the mill
• salt
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket if necessary and cut it once, clean the mushrooms and cut into fine slices, cut the mandarins into small pieces, cut the avocado into pieces that are not too small (otherwise muds quickly), mix everything together in a large bowl. Mix well the oil with the vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper, pour over the salad, mix and serve immediately. As an alternative to rocket, lamb`s lettuce tastes great, or you can use both salads. Also sprinkled with cress last and some roasted pine nuts are delicious. The salad tastes just like that with tomato ciabatta, or with pasta or rice with fried chicken fillet.
