Rocket Salad, Tomato-orange

• 100 g rocket
• 3 tomato (s)
• 1 orange (s)
• 1 scoop mozzarella

For the dressing:

• 150 g yourt
• salt and pepper
• Lemon juice
• sugar
• 2 pinches herbs from Provence

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the rocket. Cut the tomatoes, mozzarella and orange into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
2. Make a dressing from the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs and season to taste.
3. Finally, pour the dressing over the salad.
