Ingredients
- 100 g rocket
- 50 g pork belly, smoked
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cane sugar, white
- some balsamic vinegar
- some olive oil, good quality
- salt

- Remove the stalks from the rocket. Wash the lettuce and then spin dry. Cut the pork belly into strips or cubes. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Leave the bacon in a pan until it is crispy. Then drain on kitchen towels. Now fry the onions in the bacon fat over reduced heat until they are translucent. Add the sugar to the roast and caramelize it a little.
