Rocket Salad with Cherry Tomatoes

• 400 g rocket
• 150 g cherry tomato (s)
• some basil, fresh
• 1 medium onion (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, very good quality
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the rocket. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Also cut the garlic into small pieces. Wash and chop the basil.
2. For the salad dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, onions and garlic, salt and pepper from the mill to a sauce and season to taste. Serve the rocket and cherry tomatoes, cover with the salad dressing and decorate with basil.
3. Tip: toast the baguette lightly and serve with it.
