Ingredients

  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 100 g rocket
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 some oil, (walnut oil)
  • 1 some balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 extra balsamic vinegar, darker
  • possibly garlic clove (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce, drain off the corn and beans, rinse briefly under running water and drain everything well.
  2. Put together with the almond sticks in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper (possibly also with garlic). Add walnut oil and both types of balsamic vinegar to taste. Mix well again and let it steep a little.
  3. The small starter is ready!
