Ingredients

  • 150 g rocket or lamb`s lettuce
  • 15 tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes), halved
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon oil (e.g. sunflower oil or other)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and then cut in half or quarter. Wash and drain the lettuce. Put both together in a bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt and pepper well to make a dressing.
  3. Spread the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with pine nuts. Finished.
