Ingredients
- 100 g rocket
- 4 tomato (s), dried and pickled in oil
- 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- 4 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- salt

- Wash and clean the rocket. Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Put both in a bowl, pepper and salt. Pour pumpkin seed oil over it, mix in the salad and sprinkle the parmesan over it.
