Ingredients

  • 400 ml water
  • 150 ml milk, e.g., 1.5% fat
  • 2 tablespoon fruit tea (Roiboos tea) or tea bags
  • Vanilla Flavor

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil and pour the tea into a (tea) strainer. Pour the water through the sieve into a teapot and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, pour the milk into the milk frother and start. Alternatively, simply heat the milk and froth up with a hand blender. Pour frothed milk into 2 glasses (300 ml each) and pour the tea that has been brewed.
  3. The drink also tastes very good with soy or almond milk. If necessary, the milk can be seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon before frothing.
  4. 65 Kcal per serving.
