Ingredients

  • Rice – 1 glass
  • Nori – 3 pcs.
  • Crab sticks – 4 pcs.
  • Salmon – 150 g
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Sesame – 50 g
  • Pickled ginger – 50 g
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml
  • Wasabi – 30 g

Directions

  1. How to cook rolls with salmon and cucumber:
    Before cooking, rinse the rice several times until the water becomes clear. Add one and a half glasses of water to a glass of rice.
  2. Cut the crab sticks, salmon, cucumber and bell pepper into small strips. Put cooked rice on sheets of nori seaweed, add strips of crab sticks, salmon, cucumber and bell pepper. Using a bamboo mat, roll everything into a roll.
  3. Cut the rolls with salmon and cucumber, after wetting the knife a little.
  4. Serve rolls with salmon and cucumber along with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
