Ingredients
- 200 g spahetti
- 200 ml cooking cream or Cremefine
- 5 medium clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 4 tablespoon, heaped pecorino, grated
- 1 chilli pepper (s), dried, ground in a mortar
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in a little olive oil in a large pan, add the cream and stir in the tomato paste. Add the chilli pepper and cheese and stir everything well over a low heat. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Mix the hot spaghetti with the sauce, let it steep for a moment and serve.
