Ingredients

  • 1 point pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 point pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 2 cl rum (for the chocolate pudding)
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 liter milk

For the set:

  • 1 cup cream, whipped until stiff
  • some brittle (almond) or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. At the beginning of the campaign, choose the right glasses and - because you have to put them at an angle when filling - adjust the appropriate mounting aids so that they do not slip away. The pudding must cool down in this inclined position before the second layer of pudding is added.
  2. Cook the chocolate pudding with the sugar and milk as directed. Finally stir in the rum. Let the pudding cool for 1/2 minute while stirring so that no skin forms. Then pour into the inclined glasses until it has reached the right level. Let the pudding cool down.
  3. Then cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, let it cool down again for about 1/2 minute and pour it onto the chocolate pudding. Put the glass upright again.
  4. Garnish the cooled pudding with cream tuff and brittle.
