Rose Puree

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 600 Grams
  • Butter – 30 Grams
  • Boiled beets – 1/2 Piece
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Pour potatoes with water and boil until tender.
  3. Drain the water, add oil.
  4. Mash the potatoes with a crush.
  5. Grate the beets and squeeze the juice. I rubbed it through a sieve.
  6. Add to puree.
  7. Whisk until smooth and color.
  8. The puree is ready.
