  • 1.2 kg potato (s), waxy (e.g. Linda)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, good
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into eighths. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and mix with the olive oil. Add the garlic and spices.
