Ingredients

  • 4 medium jacket potato (s)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, fresher
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and cut in half lengthways. Heat the olive oil in a pan with a grill base. Put the halved potatoes flat in the pan. Spread the rosemary sprigs between them.
  2. Fry the potatoes until they are crispy and brown, without moving or turning them. Then turn over! Season the roasted side immediately with pepper, salt and not too sparingly with the herbs. Fry the round potato side until crispy.
  3. A delicious side dish that can be conjured up in just a few minutes with little effort, little fat.
