Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 cube yeast (yeast)
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 sprigs rosemary, large

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and salt together. Mix the yeast with the sugar in the lukewarm water. Make a well in the flour and stir in the dissolved yeast. Let the dough rise (approx. 10-15min), then knead well, shape into a ball, cover with a cloth and let rise until the amount of dough has doubled.
  2. Then knead the dough again and fold in the chopped rosemary needles. Shape small rolls, let rise and brush with water.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.
