Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 1 cube yeast (yeast)
- 500 ml water
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 sprigs rosemary, large

- Mix the flour and salt together. Mix the yeast with the sugar in the lukewarm water. Make a well in the flour and stir in the dissolved yeast. Let the dough rise (approx. 10-15min), then knead well, shape into a ball, cover with a cloth and let rise until the amount of dough has doubled.
- Then knead the dough again and fold in the chopped rosemary needles. Shape small rolls, let rise and brush with water.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.
