Directions
Prepare the necessary ingredients for your New Year’s crab sticks and oranges salad. Defrost the crab sticks. Boil the quail eggs for 6-7 minutes, cool in cold water.
Peel the crab sticks from the packaging, cut into medium cubes and add to a deep bowl.
Peel the quail eggs and cut into 4-6 pieces each. Add to crab sticks.
Peel the orange peel and the white layer underneath. Divide into slices, cut off the partitions, leaving only the pulp. Cut the orange pulp into slices and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Chop the washed dill or parsley and add it along with the mayonnaise to the corn-orange crab salad.
Season the crab stick salad with salt and add the compressed peeled garlic clove. Stir the salad gently.
Put the salad with crab sticks and oranges on a plate and serve the salad for the festive table or place in the refrigerator before the guests arrive. Don’t forget to garnish your New Year’s Royal salad with fresh herbs.
