Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s) (sprin potatoes)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated grassland, light
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
  • 1 teaspoon sauce thickener
  • pepper
  • salt

For painting:

  • 1 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to an internal temperature of 175 degrees.
  2. Brush the potatoes and roughly grate them with the skin. Finely chop the spring onions. Mix all recipe ingredients and place a level tablespoon of potato mixture on a baking sheet. Brush thalers with oil and bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack with convection.
