Ingredients

  • 250 g butter

  • 50 g chocolate, chopped
  • 50 g nuts, chopped
  • 4 thick apples

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until it has combined with the butter. Separate eggs. Gradually add the 4 egg yolks. Stir in cinnamon, cocoa and rum. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the mixture, stir in. Then fold in the chocolate and nuts. Dice the apples and add them to the finished dough.
