Ingredients

  • 500 g beetroot (beetroot)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the beetroot and cook in salted water with the bay leaf. Peel and cut into slices.
  2. Chop the onion and sauté in the oil until golden. Add the beetroot slices and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the sour cream over it, cook for about 10 minutes. Wash, chop and stir in the dill.
