- 10 egg yolks
- 200 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 200 g flour
- 10 egg whites
- 200 g powdered suar
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g chocolate flakes
- 250 g chocolate couverture, dark

- Mix the egg yolks with the soft butter, sugar and flour and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
