Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, (20% fat)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • liter ⅛ cream
  • 75 g butter
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles al dente.
  2. Finely dice the onions and thinly slice the bacon. Fry both in a pan until golden brown, then mix with the pasta and marjoram.
  3. Mix the quark, eggs and cream in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Brush the shape with butter.
  5. Now distribute a third of the pasta in it, spread half of the quark and egg mixture on it, etc. until all the ingredients are distributed.
  6. Heat the butter, mix with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake the whole thing on the middle rack for 30 minutes, then crust over the top at 250 ° for another 10 minutes.
