Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork neck, diced, about 3 cm edge length
  • Slice ½ kg onion (s), half rings
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Tomato juice, or tomato puree mixed with tomato paste
  • Pepper, black, ground or crushed
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix everything well, add tomato juice or tomato paste with water until everything is covered.
  2. Min. Let rest for 10 hours (in the refrigerator).
  3. If there is less than 10 hours, add 2-3 pieces of bread to the marinade. This speeds up the marinating process.
  4. Place the pieces of meat on long metal skewers and grill until cooked.
  5. The meat is tender as butter and tastes fantastic!
