Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 6 large potatoes, cooked
  • 1 can peas
  • 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 3 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs, the potatoes, the cucumber (into slightly smaller ones) and the meat sausage into cubes. Dice the shallots as well, but into slightly finer ones. Mix everything together with the drained peas in a bowl. Season to taste with mayonnaise, pepper and salt. The best thing is to let something go.
  2. You can use more or less mayonnaise to taste.
